Once we know the destination, we begin to create the digital road map. We create documentation to identify action items, project goals, timelines and deliverables. We will design and develop three concepts with rounds of internal design review & refinement before presenting to our clients. We typically do three rounds of design reviews which usually get's us to the finish line. Once the concepts are finalized we create documentation to define styles, css, colors, headers, etc.
Depending on the project type (website, app, micro-site, email campaign, etc.) the project needs will determine the framework & process we follow with development. We will produce the responsive grids for each break point per device. Once development is finished we will move into the testing phase.
This is when all the details are buttoned up, proofed and finalized. Everything is fully tested, reviewed and approved by our clients. Once everything has the green light, we upload to the server and configure DNS and domain services. Once uploaded, we do a last round of testing forms and page load times.
Once uploaded and finished, we will document all assets, code, files and images. Everything is archived, packaged up and delivered to our clients digitally.
